Don't miss Malt Advocate magazine's 9th Annual WhiskyFest New York which will occur on Monday, November 6, 2006 from 6:30 to 10:00 pm. We have an amazing line-up of distillery managers and master blenders from Scotland, Ireland and the U.S.

What is it?
WhiskyFest New York and WhiskyFest Chicago are the largest independent whisky events in the U.S. WhiskyFest New York will be held on at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square and is hosted by Malt Advocate magazine, America's leading whisky publication. This is the 9th annual WhiskyFest New York and every event has sold out. Tickets for this event will be $105 for general admission and $145 for VIP.

What will be poured?
More than 250 of the world's finest, rarest and most expensive whiskies will be available for sampling, featuring the finest single malt and blended Scotch whiskies, the best bourbons and Tennessee whiskeys, top of the line Irish whiskeys, and the best from Canada. There will also be high-end rums, tequilas and beer. The focus is on education, and distillery representatives will be on hand at the pouring booths to explain how the whiskies are made.

WhiskyFest 2003

The 6th annual WhiskyFest New York was held at the Marriott Marquis (Times Square) and featured 250 of the world's finest and rarest whiskies, gourmet buffet, and fascinating seminars by Distillery Managers and Master Blenders from all over the world.


This sold-out event allowed guests to interact with an amazing line-up distillery managers and master blenders from Scotland, Ireland, Canada and the U.S. The Malt Advocate magazine 2003 Whisky Awards were also announced at the event.

October 21, 2003 was a memorable evening for whisky enthusiasts. Don’t miss out on WhiskyFest New York next year, or attend WhiskyFest Chicago on April 7th 2004.

Thirteen of the world’s leading distillery managers and master blenders conducted. fascinating seminars throughout the evening including Bill Bergius (Laphroaig), Anthony Burnet (Glenmorangie), Evan Cattanach (Classic Malts), Bob Dalgarno (The Macallan), Bill Samuels (Maker’s Mark), Richard Paterson (The Dalmore), Ian Logan (Dewar’s), Ricky Christie (Scott’s Selection), Fred Noe (Small Batch Bourbon Collection), Jim Cryle (The Glenlivet), Chris Morris (Woodford Reserve), Colin Scott (Chivas Regal), and Michael Heads (Isle of Jura).
