The Nose
Pour The Dalmore into a glass and nose it bravely! Don’t just wave it under your nose—get your nose right into the glass. As you inhale, part your lips to draw off the alcohol, so you can savor more layers of The Dalmore. Delight in the predominant characteristic of The Highland whiskies, the honey-sweetness from the heather, which grows throughout the Highlands.

The Feel
When you sip The Dalmore, each whisky presents a distinctive, sensual experience.

The 12 Year Dalmore is a lively, younger whisky. The experience is more towards the front of your mouth. It can be enjoyed straight up, on the rocks, with a splash of water, and even with ginger ale as a cocktail.

The 21 Year Dalmore has a long, smooth feel. It has aged nine more years in the barrels, using a higher percentage of bourbon barrels in the process. The feel is velvet on the back of the tongue and palate.

The Cigar Malt is a lip-smacking good whisky. It’s a drier single malt Scotch, using a higher percentage of Olorosso sherry barrels in the aging. This chewy whisky is enjoyed more in the center of the tongue.

The Stillman’s Dram is aged to perfection. Mellow on the tongue from 28 years in the barrel, this whisky fills your mouth with layers of flavor that continue to unfold.

The Flavour
As with all single malt Scotch whiskies, we recommend trying The Dalmore straight up first. Then add some spring water at room temperature to open the whisky. You may find that you prefer it without, but by adding water you can find the depth of the spirit and explore the many layers of your single malt Scotches.

The 12 Year Dalmore imparts rich vanilla and caramel notes, derived from aging in bourbon barrels, and a hint of citrus from the distillation in copper pot stills.

The 21 Year Dalmore bursts with a rare and balanced spectrum of full, rich flavors that vigorously intermingle with ample overtones of vanilla and caramel.

The Cigar Malt presents a strong, malty character up front, and reveals a wealth of classic flavors that linger pleasantly on the tongue.

The Stillman’s Dram warms your palate with a multitude of complex flavors. Its extensive aging pays off with a delightful and vividly memorable experience.
