Palate - Beautifully combined mellow flavors: nutty, sweet,

with a dark nutiness, a chocolately/malty character and delicately
peated.
Finish -Fresh, warm, rich, quite tangy, long and with
the walnut character of the nose.

with a backbone of oaky tannin, an oily-vanilla texture and
a slight green edge to the peatiness.
Finish - Very long and complex with hints of bitter
chocolate, hazelnuts, toffee, honey and a nice green coffee
tang.
