From the main A93 Deeside road, take the B976 signposted for Balmoral. Afre a short distance you will see the distillery sign on the right.Parking / Reception -The first thing you see as you approach is a long, low building fronting the distillery. This combined reception area and gift shop lacks warmth but after paying you are able to relax in a pleasant conservatory style waiting room.

Cost £4.00 which is redeemable in the gift shop.
Group Bookings Touring Bus parties are discouraged. Other groups should book ahead.

Disabled Access Disabled visitors are given a good ground-floor tour and can see most of what is available.
Foreign Visitors Information sheets available in six different languages but guides indicate that they do not cater to non-English speaking visitors.
Children Under-8s are welcome but are not encouraged to take the tour.
