Nose - Medium-bodied, medium-dry, gentle and creamy with a slight cherry fruitness and a floral edge.
Palate - Medium-dry, round, quite full-bodied and toffeeyed with a good, tangy cocoa peat character.
Finish - Long, smooth and creamy with a touch of milk chocolate on the tail.

Body - Medium, very firm.

Finish - Sweetness moves to fruitness, then to firm dryness.

Nose - Restrained, fragrant, pine and heather. Drier.
Body - Medium, smooth, distinctly oily.
Palate - Creamier, nuttier. Hint of orange toffee. Still lively, but two or three years in the cask has brough more tightly combined flavours.
Finish - Nutty, late pine. Leafy, peppery, dryness.
